Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and client-oriented AV Solutions Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will engage with incoming inquiries, assess the appropriate AV solutions needed, and prepare quotations for both new and existing clients. You will manage and cultivate both new and assigned client accounts, while also working to expand your own business portfolio, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • AV Solutions Development: Gather essential information from diverse clients and their events through non-technical inquiries, and provide customized AV solutions along with estimates and formal quotations promptly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations surpassed, thereby contributing to the growth of our client base.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee the smooth execution of AV solutions for client events.
  • Effective Communication: Act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Tackle any challenges that arise with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Client Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and upholding a client-first approach.

  • Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing high-profile client portfolios within the audiovisual and events sector.
  • Technical Acumen: Previous knowledge in the AV/audio-visual and events industry is essential. A technical mindset and understanding of our products and services are required.
