We are seeking a skilled and dedicated payroll and HR professional to join our team at Signet Resources. As the Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will work within our HR department to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the payroll for a headcount of approximately 300 employees
  • Providing support and guidance on payroll-related queries and finding solutions
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise on tax, pension, and leave-related matters
  • Building relationships with external benefit suppliers to ensure contracts are up-to-date, compliant, and fit for purpose

You will be meticulous and solutions-driven with a forward-thinking approach. You must be passionate and enthusiastic, with the ability to collaborate with others and share ideas to drive the department forward.
