Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. As a key member of our HR and finance function, you will be responsible for managing the coordination of over 20 EMEA payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination of over 20 EMEA payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate processing and delivery.
  • Work closely with in-country providers to process and deliver multiple payrolls, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage all payroll relationships externally, including communication with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee all year-end payroll activities, including P60s and P11Ds, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the rollout of new payrolls across new and existing countries, working closely with the finance function to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Lead on payroll-related projects, driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll coordination and management, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
