Job Title: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end payroll process for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and their payroll requirements
  • Reconcile payroll to client data and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and submit payroll journals and reconciliations
  • Administer pension auto-enrolment and produce pension scheme returns
  • Deal effectively with client queries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of payroll software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
