About the Role:

Our client, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Manager to join their team. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for driving long-term partnership contracts across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with commercial clients across various sectors.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of single and multi-site services to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging sectors.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify new service stream opportunities with existing clients.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase the company's services and expertise.
  • Lead re-tenders and multi-service proposals to secure new contracts and expand existing relationships.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative tender documentation and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial cleaning industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
