HR Administrator

Reed is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our client in the North Down area. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract up to 6 months, providing additional support to the HR team while they implement new HR systems.

The Role:
  • As an HR Administrator, you will assist the HR Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both manual and electronic.
  • Provide HR administration support for day-to-day operational needs of the business, including updating standard documentation for all employees throughout the employment cycle.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, including administration and coordination of job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist with HR reports, presentations, proposals, charts, and surveys using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and maintain recruitment platforms.
  • Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, including induction and training.
  • Update and maintain training records and the training database.
Essential Criteria:
  • At least 1 year's experience in HR administration.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of GDPR regulations.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable:

This temporary role would be ideal for someone in the early stages of completing an HR qualification and with a knowledge of employment law legislation.

Working Arrangements:
  • Hourly rate: £12 per hour.
  • Working hours: up to 16-20 hours per week, with flexibility on days and times within core 9-5 structure.
