Sales Administrator

Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word & Excel with ability to demonstrate.
- Good understanding of Sage 200.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Strong teamwork skills to ensure delivery of best practice and team spirit.
- High levels of enthusiasm and drive to pro-actively create a "Can Do" attitude.
- **Job Duties**:
- To provide an excellent customer service as the main point of contact for the business.
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Dealing with queries from customers and sales representatives.
- Open & distribute mail as appropriate.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Provide regular updates to team on stock levels and pricing.
- Process sales orders.
- Process credit notes.
- Liaise with customer groups on price changes and new products.
- Provide office cover as required in the absence of other team members.
- To undertake specific tasks as requested to assist other team members.
- To assist with other general office duties as necessary, such as filing, retrieving & archiving information as required.
A good standard of education to include a minimum of 3 GCSE’s grade C or above or equivalent.
This position is office based in a rural area outside Comber near La Mon House Hotel Northern Ireland. Therefore transport is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday.
