Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Ensure accurate processing of customer transactions and maintain a high level of cash handling and administrative skills.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continued growth and success in the role.

Requirements



  • Essential
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Desirable



  • WSET Foundation Certificate.
  • Previous experience of cash handling and stock control.
