Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Duties**:

- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport, answer questions, and address concerns
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Utilize IT systems and software to process orders, track inventory, and generate reports

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and provide solutions
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using IT systems and software for order processing and data management
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales deals

Pay: From £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
