Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with invoicing with the use of SAGE software
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with scheduling of works
- Assist with scheduling engineer call backs and remedial quotations
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a tidy work environment

Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
