Job Title: Community Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Development Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high profile around the development, ensuring our residents' needs are met, and promoting a sense of community through social events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high profile around the development, ensuring our residents are checked within our requirements.
  • Carry out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure, and maintain communal areas, gardens, and grounds.
  • Manage contractors, monitor progress, and sign off completion of works.
  • Build and maintain links with residents, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain records in line with internal procedures and ensure data is protected and secure.
  • Assist with sales and make new residents feel welcome.
  • Work across the local peer team of Development Managers for advice and support.
Requirements:
  • Natural communicator with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively.
  • Confident in operating Microsoft Office applications and learning new systems.
