About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Delivery Coordinator to support the project management of one of our UK Education programmes. As a key member of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for coordinating programme activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate programme activities, including preparation of project plans, risk and issues logs, and management of project action plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including programme team members, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Monitor programme progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure programme deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with the programme team to develop and implement programme strategies, plans, and budgets.
  • Provide written communication to stakeholders, including programme reports, status updates, and meeting minutes.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge and understanding of project management tools and techniques.
  • Proven successful experience in a project coordination role, including preparation of project plans, risk and issues logs, and management of project action plans.
  • Evidence of having operated in a pressurised environment.
  • Experience of working on multiple projects and tasks.
  • Evidence of monitoring work to ensure its quality and acting to correct problems as they arise.
  • Very strong stakeholder liaison and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams at every level across the organisation and with a wide range of external stakeholders.
  • Well-developed written communication skills.
