Job Title: Programme Delivery Coordinator

Location: Flexible, with the possibility of hybrid working

Role Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled Programme Delivery Coordinator to support the project management of one of our UK Education programmes. As a key member of the Project Management team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate programme activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and issue management systems
  • Coordinate programme activities, including stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Monitor programme progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programme deliverables are met
  • Provide excellent stakeholder liaison and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, with a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and documents
  • Strong stakeholder liaison and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment, with multiple projects and tasks
