Job Role: Visiting Development Manager

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm (25 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high profile around the development / office, ensuring our residents' needs are met.
  • In the event of an emergency, respond promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure, and maintain communal areas, gardens, and grounds.
  • Manage contractors, monitor progress, and sign off completion of works.
  • Build a sense of community by supporting a Social Committee to plan and run social events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and local authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with internal procedures, ensuring data protection and security.
  • Assist with sales and make new residents feel welcome.
  • Collaborate with the local peer team of Development Managers for advice and support.
Requirements:
  • Natural communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and confident in learning new systems.
