{"Job Title": "Visiting Development Manager", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visiting Development Manager to join our team at FirstPort. As a Visiting Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high profile around the development, ensuring our residents are checked within our requirements, and carrying out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure. You will also be responsible for managing contractors, monitoring progress, and signing off completion. Additionally, you will encourage and support the formation of a Residents Association and work with them to enhance the customer experience for residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a high profile around the development/office
* Ensure our residents are checked within our requirements
* Carry out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure
* Manage contractors, monitor progress, and sign off completion
* Encourage and support the formation of a Residents Association
* Work with the Residents Association to enhance the customer experience for residents
* Build and maintain links with residents, family members, local authorities, and other stakeholders
* Maintain records in line with internal procedures
* Assist with sales and make new residents feel welcome

**Requirements:**

* Customer service - a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service
* Communication - a natural communicator with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively
* Health & Safety - an understanding of the importance of health and safety
* IT - able to operate Microsoft Office applications and confident in learning new systems
* Administration - organised, methodical, and experience of keeping accurate records
* Personal - an outgoing personality with the ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers
