Job Title: Programme Delivery Coordinator

Location: Flexible working arrangement

Role Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled Programme Delivery Coordinator to support the project management of one of our UK Education programmes. As a key member of the Project Management team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate programme activities, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate programme activities, including project planning, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor programme progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, including document management and reporting

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
  • Proven experience in project coordination, including project planning, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
