Interim Finance Transformation Lead - S4 HANA ERP Implementation

Overview: We are excited to partner with a rapidly growing investor-backed technology organization. In line with our expansion strategy, we are looking for a seasoned Finance Transformation Lead to manage the deployment of the S4 HANA ERP system. This interim position is vital for facilitating the successful transition and integration of our financial operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee S4 HANA ERP Deployment: Direct the comprehensive implementation of the S4 HANA ERP system, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and financial needs.
  • Change Management Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust change management plan to guarantee smooth adoption of the new ERP system across all financial divisions.
  • Engagement with Stakeholders: Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and address any arising challenges.
  • Enhance Processes: Identify and implement enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  • Training and Development: Create training resources and conduct sessions for finance teams to ensure proficiency in utilizing the new ERP system.
  • Risk Assessment: Recognize potential risks associated with the ERP deployment and devise strategies for mitigation.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all financial reporting and compliance standards during and following the ERP implementation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record in leading ERP implementations, particularly S4 HANA, within a finance environment.
  • Expertise in Change Management: Strong background in change management, with a history of successfully overseeing large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Financial Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of financial processes, controls, and reporting obligations.
  • Leadership Qualities: Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Consultative Background: Experience in professional services from the client perspective, showcasing a consultative approach.
