About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our Finance team at News UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business change and ensuring a smooth transition to our new Finance Systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate business risks associated with system implementation
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure business users are equipped to adopt new systems and processes
  • Conduct business impact assessments to understand the effects of change on business operations
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans to ensure effective communication and buy-in
  • Work closely with the Finance Transformation Programme Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on change management best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a Finance systems implementation context
  • Strong understanding of business transformation principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools
