Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Tender Specialist to join our team at Kurt J. Lesker Company. As a key member of our Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for supporting the tender and non-standard contract submission process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Review and Processing: Efficiently and accurately process all EMEIA non-standard contract review orders within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Tender and Contract Management: Launch and own the non-standard contract review process, collaborating with the team to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to complete non-standard contract reviews and ensure seamless communication with sales teams and customers.
  • Tender Support: Provide discretionary support with tender reviews, working closely with sales managers and inside sales specialists to ensure smooth submissions in line with LEW-10.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and support.
  • Professional Development: Develop skills to enhance job performance and professional growth.
  • General Support: Provide general support for EMEIA areas as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess clear and concise communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer Literacy: Exhibit strong computer literacy and data accuracy skills.
  • CRM and ERP Experience: Possess experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Vacuum Industry Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the vacuum industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in French is desirable.
