Sales Support Specialist for Tenders and Contracts

Position Overview:
The primary role involves supporting the Inside Sales Team in managing Tender and Non-Standard contract submissions. You will oversee the order processing, ensuring adherence to compliance, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating effective communication with both sales teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and efficient processing of all EMEIA Non-Standard contract review orders within the ERP system.
  • Lead the Non-Standard Contract Review process in partnership with the team.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to finalize non-standard contract assessments.
  • Assist with Tender evaluations, ensuring seamless submissions in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance skills for professional development and job performance.
  • Provide general support for EMEIA regions as needed.
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with the Vacuum Industry.
  • Proficiency in French is advantageous.
Performance Standards:

  • Perform tasks in a timely and organized fashion.
  • Safeguard company information and adhere to company policies.
  • Comply with Health & Safety policies and corporate values.
  • Follow the Quality Management System, including the Quality Policy and Objectives.

  • Hybrid work arrangement at the discretion of management.
