Contract Review Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Tender Specialist to join our team at Kurt J. Lesker Company. As a key member of our Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for supporting the tender and non-standard contract submission process.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Review and Processing: Efficiently and accurately process all EMEIA non-standard contract review orders within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Tender and Contract Management: Launch and own the non-standard contract review process, collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to complete non-standard contract reviews and ensure seamless communication with the sales teams and customers.
- Tender Support: Provide discretionary support with tender reviews, working closely with Sales Managers and Inside Sales Specialists to ensure smooth submissions in line with LEW-10.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and support the highest levels of customer engagement.
- Professional Development: Develop skills to enhance job performance and professional growth, aligning with the company's quality management system.
- General Support: Provide general cover for EMEIA areas as required and perform other duties as assigned.
- Communication Skills: Possess clear and concise communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Computer Literacy: Possess computer literacy and data accuracy skills to efficiently process contracts and tenders.
- CRM and ERP Experience: Have experience with CRM and ERP systems to effectively manage contracts and tenders.
- Vacuum Industry Knowledge: Possess knowledge of the vacuum industry to effectively support sales teams.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French is desirable.

- Timely and Organized: Perform duties in a timely, logical, and organized manner.
