Inside Sales Tender Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Tender Specialist to join our team at the Kurt J. Lesker Company. As a key member of our Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for supporting the Tender & Non-Standard contract submission process.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Review and Processing: Efficiently and accurately process all EMEIA Non-Standard contract review orders within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Process Ownership: Launch and own the Non-Standard Contract Review process, collaborating with the team to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to complete non-standard contract reviews and ensure seamless communication with the sales teams and customers.
- Tender Support: Provide discretionary support with Tender reviews, working closely with Sales Managers and Inside Sales Specialists to ensure smooth submission in-line with LEW-10.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and support the highest levels of customer engagement.
- Professional Development: Develop skills to enhance job performance and professional growth, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- General Support: Provide general cover for EMEIA areas as required and perform other duties as assigned.
- Communication Skills: Possess clear and concise communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in contract reviews.
- Computer Literacy: Possess computer literacy and data accuracy skills to efficiently process contracts within our ERP system.
- CRM & ERP Experience: Have experience with CRM and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of data management and accuracy.
- Vacuum Industry Knowledge: Possess knowledge of the vacuum industry and its related processes.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French is desirable but not required.
