Sales Support Specialist for Tenders & Contracts

Position Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to support the Inside Sales Team in managing Tender and Non-Standard contract submissions. You will oversee the order processing, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, data integrity, and effective communication with both sales teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and efficient processing of all EMEIA Non-Standard contract review orders within the ERP system.
  • Lead the Non-Standard Contract Review process in collaboration with the team.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to finalize non-standard contract evaluations.
  • Assist with Tender reviews, ensuring seamless submission in accordance with LEW-10.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Enhance skills for job performance and professional development.
  • Provide general support for EMEIA areas when required.
  • Undertake additional assigned responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer skills and data accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with the Vacuum Industry.
  • Proficiency in French is advantageous.
Performance Standards:
  • Uphold the values outlined in the Sales Charter.
  • Execute responsibilities in a timely and organized fashion.
  • Safeguard company information and adhere to company policies.
  • Comply with KJLC H&S Policy and SPIRIT Values.
  • Follow KJLC's Quality Management System, including the Quality Policy and Objectives.

  • Contemporary office environment.
  • Hybrid work arrangement at the discretion of management.
