Inside Sales Tender Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Tender Specialist to join our team at the Kurt J. Lesker Company. As a key member of our Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for supporting the Tender and Non-Standard contract submission process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance, data integrity, and accuracy, while also providing timely communication to the sales teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all EMEIA Non-Standard contract review orders efficiently and accurately within the ERP system.
- Launch and own the Non-Standard Contract Review process, collaborating with the team to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to complete non-standard contract reviews.
- Provide discretionary support with Tender reviews, working with Sales Managers and Inside Sales Specialists to ensure smooth submission in-line with LEW-10.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop skills to enhance job performance and professional development.
- Provide general cover for EMEIA areas as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Close attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and data accuracy skills.
- CRM & ERP experience.
- Vacuum Industry Knowledge.
- French language desirable.
