About the Role

CDH Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Telesales and Sales Support Advisor to join their team based in an office environment. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for making daily outgoing sales-based phone calls to meet targets set by the Sales Co-ordinator.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to increase business and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize the CRM system to record calls and sales notes, and follow up on sales opportunities and new accounts.
  • Update company data systems, including AX/CRM, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, and maintain GDPR compliance.
  • Provide product information and discuss product ranges with external customers, adhering to company standards.
  • Assist in compiling marketing lists and making follow-up calls from marketing campaigns.
  • Support the Sales Co-ordinator and Account Managers by directing prospective customers or new business to them when needed.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, preserving the company's reputation.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to facilitate the effective operation of the company.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and administrative skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a telesales environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the company.

Working Hours

  • Part-time position, working 5.5 hours per day, 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Some flexibility in hours may be available, but must be for 5 days a week and no less than 5 hours per day.
