Job Title: Support Exec

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Exec to join our team at Juice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our business, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of our business solutions service desk, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Support the management and processing of our renewals' platform, including administration and monthly invoicing of renewal contracts.
  • Produce bespoke invoices through templates for specific customers, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Take calls from customers, respond to emails, and deal with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing department to support internal and external document production.
  • Work closely with our Finance and Business Solutions teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage contracts and renewals enquiries, providing timely and effective support to our clients.
  • Share updates with the team on a weekly basis, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Collate solutions deals to be shared with the team, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Plan team socials, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Superb interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships within a commercial setting.
  • A proactive approach, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • A deep level of administrative skills, including working to process, procedure, and deadlines.
  • Some exposure to invoicing and financial reporting through Excel or bespoke production.
