This is a fast-paced role working closely with a senior manager who plays a critical role in the running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the running of the business solutions service desk
- Support the management and processing of the renewals' platform
- Assist with the administration and monthly invoicing of renewal contracts
- Produce bespoke invoices through templates for specific customers
- Take calls from customers, respond to emails, and deal with customer queries
- Support the Marketing department with internal and external documents
- Work collaboratively with Finance and Business Solutions
- Manage contracts and renewals enquiries
- Share updates with the team weekly
- Collate solutions deals to be shared with the team
- Plan team socials
- Superb interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships within a commercial setting
- A proactive approach
- A deep level of administrative skills, including working to process, procedure, and deadlines
- Some exposure to invoicing and financial reporting through Excel or bespoke production
