About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Business Development & Resourcing Team at LGC Group. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day business development activities and facilitating the delivery of a major transformational infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Programmes & Commercial Management team in managing various commercial projects, including project planning, coordination, and reporting.
  • Assist Project Managers with planning and updating project information on the company's ERP system, CRM system, and contract management system.
  • Coordinate project updates from workstream leads and other key stakeholders.
  • Support the reporting of project outcomes to the Project Emerald Teams and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Monitor government procurement portals and calls for tenders to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Organize meetings and take minutes.

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including meticulous record keeping and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Able to multitask and complete work to tight deadlines.
