Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Cast UK Limited. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of order fulfillment and distribution to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Accurately input all sales orders, ensuring that pricing, quantities, 3PL location, delivery addresses, and order references are entered correctly.
  • Inventory Management: Daily maintenance and updating of internal performance trackers, allocating and planning stock for specific sales orders to achieve seamless supply to internal and external customers.
  • Delivery Coordination: Coordinate deliveries to customers with 3PL providers and transport providers, as necessary.
  • Order Tracking: Maintain daily orders on hold reporting to the finance, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the operations and logistics manager to maintain process flows and customer operating guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, ensuring clear, concise, and customer-centric lines of communication.
  • Operational Knowledge: A good understanding of operational processes from order receipt to final delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and tables.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
