Client

Our Client are a specialist healthcare main contractor with a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects within the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking an experienced Lead Site Manager/Project Manager to oversee a £2.5 million refurbishment of a medical centre based in Teddington.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the site team to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.

* Coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

* Monitor progress, report on performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

* Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

* Oversee the management of site logistics, materials, and equipment.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to uphold our commitment to excellence.

* Mentor and support junior staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience as a No 1 Site Manager/Project Manager, ideally within the healthcare construction sector.

* Strong understanding of refurbishment projects and related regulations.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are essential.

* A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
