About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Business Development & Resourcing Team at LGC Group. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day business development activities and facilitating the delivery of a major transformational infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Programmes & Commercial Management team in effectively managing various commercial projects, including project planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Assist Project Managers with planning and updating project information on the company's ERP system, CRM system, and contract management system.
- Coordinate project updates from workstream leads and other key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Monitor government procurement portals and calls for tenders to identify potential business opportunities.
- Organize meetings and take minutes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Requirements
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, including meticulous record keeping and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Able to multitask and complete work to tight deadlines.
