Role Overview: Client Engagement Specialist

Department: Edenred PayTech

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: Competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits

We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our expanding Market Success division within Edenred PayTech.

This role is pivotal in connecting PayTech's product knowledge and platform with client interactions for effective project and service execution.

The Client Engagement Specialist will be tasked with high-level requirements documentation, business analysis, and collaboration with the PayTech Product and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include proposing solutions to meet client needs, identifying gaps in service offerings, and advising on the reuse of existing services while aligning with the PayTech Tech and Product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of PayTech's market delivery across all business lines, acting as the go-to contact for expertise and supporting Project Managers with product knowledge.
  • Enhance business lines by leveraging payment expertise and knowledge of PayTech services to provide effective solutions, ideally utilizing standard out-of-the-box offerings.
  • Capture and document client requirements clearly for PayTech Product teams, outlining the business case and value of opportunities.
  • Develop functional specifications detailed enough for implementation and testing as part of market delivery.
  • Create documentation for processes, product solution overviews, case studies, and brochures to support project and service delivery as needed.
  • Ensure that requirements are communicated to technical teams by resolving product triage queries with all necessary prerequisites and administration completed.
  • Maintain overall client satisfaction for Edenred business lines.
  • Engage in proactive and effective client-facing activities.
  • Represent the group's values and adhere to Group rules and policies, including ethics and delegation of powers.
