Role Overview:

Are you driven by a passion for delivering top-notch client service? As a Client Relations Specialist at 8Bits, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your role will be vital in upholding our reputation for superior service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients both in-person and through phone or email, providing courteous and professional support.
  • Manage client inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Offer comprehensive information about products, services, and events to clients.
  • Oversee client accounts and update information as necessary.
  • Process transactions and manage payments accurately.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm their issues have been addressed and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Prior experience in client service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with client service software and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
  • Positive demeanor and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
