Our client is seeking a skilled Service Advisor in the Swindon region.

The organization is in search of a qualified Service Advisor who possesses exceptional customer service abilities and a professional telephone demeanor to join their dynamic and reputable team.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the administration and reception duties of the service department while consistently ensuring total customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive and self-assured personality and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers entering the dealership.
- Clearly explain the repair procedures and schedule appointments for customer vehicles.
