Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients who have recently acquired properties, ensuring their needs are met during the aftercare phase.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify any issues that require attention, coordinating with appropriate contractors to facilitate necessary repairs.
  • As the position evolves, participate in quality assurance checks and pre-inspections to guarantee that high-quality standards are maintained during property handovers.
  • Possess a solid understanding of common defects and challenges associated with newly constructed residential properties.
  • Exhibit flexibility in travel across designated regions to meet client needs effectively.


Work Environment:

This role offers a blend of fieldwork and office responsibilities, with the option to work remotely as needed. The focus remains on maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout all operations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer care or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and contractors.
  • A valid driving license is required for travel purposes.
