Client Accounting Support Specialist

An opportunity exists for a Client Accounting Support Specialist responsible for overseeing financial processes and reporting for various commercial, industrial, and retail assets.

This position requires consistent interaction with the finance team, property administrators, tenants, and clients to maintain precise and prompt financial records.

Core Responsibilities
  • Generating monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients
  • Administering lease documentation
  • Addressing inquiries from clients and tenants
  • Coordinating rental income distributions
  • Maintaining control spreadsheets
  • Managing central communication channels
  • Performing additional duties to assist the finance department
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and effective communication skills. Pursuing ACCA or AAT level 4 qualifications is advantageous.

  • Math and English G.C.S.E 9-4/A-C
  • Strong Numeracy and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Proficiency in IT and Software, especially Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
