Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Booking Administrator. This role will involve coordinating patient bookings, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient bookings and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
- Relevant diploma level qualification in business / management or numerate discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Administrative qualification - RSA Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience of working to a system of priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience of using a range of word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or presentation software to RSA 3 or equivalent standard.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex information together with the ability to persuade and negotiate with all levels of staff.
