Purchasing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Facilities Coordinator to join our Estates and Facilities team at The Adam Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the procurement of all supplies for our 5 surgeries, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process orders from nursing and administrative teams, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.
- Manage standing orders, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain a smooth supply chain.
- Coordinate the servicing, testing, and repair of equipment, working closely with the facilities team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing contracts, ensuring best value for the practice.
- Provide excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in online ordering and tracking.
- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement setting, with a strong understanding of supply chain management.
- Ability to self-motivate, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
