About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Facilities Coordinator to join our Estates and Facilities team at The Adam Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the procurement of all supplies for our 5 surgeries, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high-quality facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process orders from nursing and administrative teams, ensuring timely delivery and best prices.
  • Manage standing orders, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Order vaccines and seasonal supplies, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements of equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online ordering systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement setting, with knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
