We are seeking an experienced Sales and Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Holt Engineering, a leading industry player in Poole.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £12,000 per annum, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday and an early finish on Fridays.

The successful candidate will be based in our office, which offers free parking, and will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing customer orders and updating our company systems
  • Coordinating meetings for our teams
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone and email
  • Managing customer files and uploading relevant documentation
  • Procuring parts and stock as needed
  • Tracking and following up on orders and materials
  • Processing customer orders efficiently
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and administration skills, with previous experience in a similar role
  • Prior purchasing experience is essential
  • Highly motivated and organized individual
  • Flexible and willing to assist the team as needed
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing business is advantageous
