About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Facilities Coordinator to join our Estates and Facilities team at The Adam Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the procurement of all supplies for our 5 surgeries, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high-quality facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process orders from nursing and administrative teams, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.
  • Manage standing orders, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
  • Order vaccines, seasonal, and campaign vaccines, as well as manage centrally held stock.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure equipment maintenance, testing, and repairs are carried out efficiently.
  • Respond to purchasing and facilities queries, providing solutions and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online ordering systems.
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement setting, with a strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics.
