Key Responsibilities:

In your capacity as Care Home Manager, you will cultivate a nurturing and supportive atmosphere that fosters independence among our residents while ensuring:

Collaboration with Management Teams to establish and execute strategic development plans, guaranteeing that all staff provide exceptional service and uphold our core values, with the goal of achieving outstanding regulatory ratings. Development and maintenance of personalized care plans for each resident, ensuring they are effectively implemented and updated as needs evolve. Oversight of all staff within the establishment, including conducting inductions, performance reviews, and addressing any disciplinary matters to promote a positive workplace culture and identify training needs. Adherence to relevant legislation and organizational policies to ensure compliance and high standards of care. Initiatives to enhance care quality by fostering engagement with families, friends, and the local community, utilizing feedback to improve services.

What We Seek:

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in a managerial role within a social care environment, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving excellent results in regulatory inspections.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can showcase:

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to forge strong, professional relationships across the organization. Previous success in recruitment and selection processes, supported by the central management team. Relevant qualifications such as a Level 5 Diploma and Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent certifications.
