KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance store operations, ensuring readiness for customers and achieving outstanding sales results.
  • Your primary focus will be on executing weekly promotions, fostering a sales-oriented mindset, and cultivating a vibrant, energetic environment for your team.
  • In alignment with our JYSK Leadership Values, you will support the Store Manager by effectively communicating, leading, and coaching the team on the sales floor.
  • You will train your colleagues to adopt a customer-first mentality, assess customer needs, and promote add-on sales.
  • You are comfortable with hands-on work and lead by example, engaging in sales and routine store tasks.
  • You envision a future as a Store Manager and are dedicated to achieving that goal.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team.
  • Ability to inspire and communicate effectively to foster a positive work environment.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and accountability for results.
  • Capable of maintaining composure and providing direction in high-pressure situations.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and resilience in overcoming challenges.
  • Preference for a weekday off to ensure readiness for customers and your team during peak weekend hours.
  • Passionate about sales and possess strong retail skills.
