YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance store operations, ensuring readiness for customers and achieving excellent sales outcomes.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to oversee weekly promotions, foster a sales-oriented mindset, and cultivate a vibrant, energetic environment where your team can excel.
  • In alignment with our JYSK Leadership Values, you will support the Store Manager by effectively communicating, leading, and coaching the team directly on the sales floor.
  • You will train your colleagues in a customer-first mentality, identifying customer needs, and upselling techniques.
  • You are not deterred by physical tasks and lead by example through active selling and performing routine store duties.
