Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of retail professionals, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
- Ensure the availability of stock, oversee pricing, and implement efficient stock control measures.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
- Control wage costs and protect company assets.
- Maintain an outstanding store condition, ensuring cleanliness, health and safety legislation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Maximize profitability, meet sales targets, and motivate staff to achieve these goals.
- Take personal responsibility for managing the store.
Requirements:
- Previous success in a similar Store Manager role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in leading, managing, and motivating a team, setting an enthusiastic example.
- An honest and energetic personality, organized and responsive.
- Tenacity and enthusiasm, with an enjoyment of working in a busy and sometimes demanding environment.
