About the Role

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) division is on the lookout for a Strategic Partnerships Manager, who is driven, proactive, and adept at navigating a fast-paced landscape, with a focus on onboarding Sellers into our premium program. This initiative allows Sellers to collaborate closely with a dedicated Marketplace Consultant on strategic projects while receiving enhanced operational support aimed at expanding their business on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, your main duty will be to oversee and convert a designated pipeline through a consultative methodology. You will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Sellers and their requirements, alongside the features and benefits of the premium program.
  • Communicate compelling, customized value propositions that address Seller needs.
  • Manage a pipeline of internal leads, qualifying and engaging with potential Sellers.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Marketplace Consultant team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for Sellers.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to monitor relevant account details and sales progress.
  • Forecast and prioritize activities to meet or surpass quarterly objectives.
  • Represent the premium program at both internal and external Seller events.
  • Lead internal projects aimed at enhancing team performance, providing insights on the value proposition to drive change, and implementing initiatives to secure business.
Basic Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing, particularly in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with procurement and source-to-pay processes in small to medium-sized enterprises.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, especially at the executive tier.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
