The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the Pay & Conditions Team within the Employee Relations Department, as well as supporting the broader Human Resources & Organisational Development Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to management regarding the processing of employee personal and contractual information through HRPTS Manager Self Service and relevant offline forms.
- Engage in system audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of HRPTS data.
- Assist the Senior HR Advisor with data cleansing initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with payroll processing deadlines and offer guidance to staff and management to meet these timelines.
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language or an equivalent qualification, along with two years of experience in a clerical or administrative capacity.
