**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support across the HR function.
- Ensure HR records are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
- Ensure all new staff are given the relevant induction programme.
- Tracking of probationary periods
- Assist Office Manager with the weekly and monthly payroll process.
- Various other HR related duties as and when required.
- Providing administration support to the Managing Director and management as and when required.
- Administration of monthly invoices.
- Updating and maintaining company vehicle files
- Monthly review of first aid boxes, placing orders as and when required.
- Ensuring the office environment is tidy and free from any hazards.
- Updating of supplier files and information from new suppliers
- Ordering of stationery and general office supplies

.Typing and distribution of team meeting minutes

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
- At least 1 year’s recent experience of HR/office administration
- Excellent IT skills and competence, including use of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of organising own time and work, using initiative and setting own work priorities and working to deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a variety of tasks.
- Willingness to help other parts of the business when required.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- A degree in Human Resources or business Management
