Admiral Insurance Plc is seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. We are committed to revolutionizing learning solutions within our organization, embracing cutting-edge EdTech and innovative methodologies to deliver impactful and timely education to our employees.
As part of our strategic reorganization, we are establishing a dedicated Learning Studio, further strengthening our team of experts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design essential learning solutions across various departments, encompassing leadership development, management training, well-being initiatives, and more.
Your Responsibilities:- Design engaging and impactful learning pathways and resources for our diverse workforce.
- Present design concepts and proposed solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
- Develop a blend of learning solutions, including face-to-face, virtual, on-demand, and digital assets, catering to different learning styles and preferences.
- Lead the design process for digital learning assets, collaborating with developers to bring storyboards to life.
- Deliver run-throughs and train-the-trainer sessions for both face-to-face and virtual learning assets, guiding and supporting facilitators in delivering content effectively.
- Conduct quality reviews and testing of learning assets created by yourself and team members, ensuring adherence to approved concepts and quality standards.
- Integrate learning measurements into the design of all assets and analyze learning insights to ensure that learning outcomes are met and solutions continuously improve.
- Collaborate with the wider team to define and create new learning solutions, including designing prototypes and learning assets.
- Mentor and develop learning designers and the broader learning community, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Expertise in a wide range of learning approaches, design principles, and delivery channels.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to driving excellence in learning experiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with instructional design models and learning technologies.
