Senior Learning Designer

Admiral Insurance Plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Learning Studio, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging learning pathways and assets that cater to various learning styles and preferences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning requirements and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
- Present design concepts and proposed solutions to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and buy-in.
- Develop a range of learning solutions, including face-to-face, virtual, on-demand, and digital learning assets.
- Work with a team of developers to bring storyboards to life, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery.
- Deliver training sessions and guide facilitators and coaches to ensure successful implementation of learning assets.
- Conduct quality reviews and testing of learning assets to ensure they meet approved concepts and quality standards.
- Integrate learning measurements into learning design and analyze insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the wider team to define and create new learning solutions, including designing prototypes and learning assets.
- Guide and support learning designers and the wider learning community as required.
- Expertise in a wide range of learning approaches, design of learning assets, and channels.
- A highly collaborative spirit and a drive for excellence.
- Experience in creating learning assets for a diverse range of professionals across various sectors.
- Advanced knowledge of digital learning principles and practices, as well as awareness of current and future trends.
- Leadership skills, promoting a learner-centric approach and advocating for best practices in learning design.
- A good understanding of learning and developer technologies.
- An excellent eye for detail and ability to analyze learning insights.
- A broad knowledge of applied learning science and human-centric design.
- Ability to inspire and challenge all levels of staff.
